DIDDY ON TRIAL: 4th week of testimony ends with disturbing testimony from Comb's ex-girlfriend
Mike Marza and ABC News Legal Contributor Bernarda Villalona recap the second day of testimony from "Jane."

NEW YORK -- Prosecutors allege that Combs, a three-time Grammy winner, used his fame and fortune to create a deviant empire of exploitation, coercing women into abusive sex parties while silencing victims through blackmail and violence, including kidnapping, arson and beatings.

Combs' lawyers argue that all the sexual acts were consensual, and although he could be violent, he never veered into sex trafficking and racketeering.

This story may contain accounts and descriptions of actual or alleged events that some readers may find disturbing.

Jury sees 'Jane' arguing with Combs in text messages and notes on her phone

A few months into their relationship, in November 2021, "Jane" told the court she sent Sean Combs several text messages after seeing things he posted on Instagram.

"I was feeling bad that I went on a trip with Sean and it turned into a hotel night and when I was home, I could see he was with another woman doing all this quality time," "Jane" testified. "I thought he wanted to see me and instead I ended up in a hotel for two days."

The jury saw "Jane's" text message to Combs: "I need a breather and a break from you, this doesn't make me feel good. Your true intentions with me are in plain sight."

Combs responded using a voice note, played for the jury, his voice booming through the courtroom: "You're flipping out on me because somebody came to work out with me. You're f------ nuts."

"Jane" replied with a text: "Ain't nobody just come to work out. Stop lying. Funny thing is I don't even care," the message said. "You just want the hotel s---."

Another text exchange followed her birthday in 2022.

She testified Combs promised to take her to dinner and hang out. Instead, "Jane" told the court she ended up having intercourse with another man Combs introduced her to.

After her birthday, "Jane" told the jury she saw on Instagram how Combs prepared a birthday celebration for a different woman that included a private jet and an island villa.

"I don't know how we're going to make it out of this ok, Sean," "Jane's" text message read, before she confronted him with everything she saw online.

"Jane" testified she kept notes on her phone to organize her feelings. The jury saw several of them.

"You hurt my feelings every time you dismiss me," the note said. "I don't know what you're calling me for. I'm sorry I don't want to do drugs for days and days and have you use me for your creepy, wild desires."

Attorney for 'Jane' says social media posts 'threaten her safety'

During a break, an attorney representing "Jane" informed the court that there are social media accounts and websites that are seeking to reveal Jane's true identity.

The attorney said she is documenting posts and monitoring livestreams that may be violating the court's pseudonym order.

"These posts threaten her safety," the attorney said.

The attorney said it does not appear the individuals responsible are in the courthouse but the judge said he would consider any application for additional restrictions on disclosing identifiable information.

'Jane' tells court 'hotel nights' left her with back pain and near-weekly UTIs

During the frequent encounters with male prostitutes "Jane" testified she was made to endure, she "wore really high, high, high heels for dancers, for stripper girls."

With all the baby oil, "I just remember my feet being really sticky and oily and I would try to remain balanced. Maybe a couple times I slipped," she testified.

At one point, she testified Combs asked her to pierce her nipples.

"He said that would turn him on and that's what he wanted for his girl," "Jane" testified.

She told the court Combs recommended a place in Los Angeles and Kristina Khorram helped her arrange an appointment.

"It felt like a rodent bit on my nipples really hard," "Jane" recalled. She kept the piercings for about a year, she testified, until they snagged on her lingerie "and bled and got infected."

"Jane" told the court Combs grew "impatient" with how long it took her to replace them.

"He would say things like 'Where are my piercings? Where are my piercings? This is the last time I see you without them in,'" "Jane" testified.

She testified that "hotel nights" left her with back pain. "I would be at the edge of a seat or the edge of the bed in the position that he liked doing foreplay on these men," "Jane" testified.

She testified the encounters left her with urinary tract infections "almost every week."

Prosecutor Maurene Comey asked, "Were there times you couldn't fully recover from a UTI before having another hotel night?"

"Here and there," testified "Jane."

'Jane' testifies about taking instructions from Combs during 'hotel nights'

After a while, Sean Combs did not have to directly ask "Jane" for "hotel nights" with male prostitutes, "Jane" told the court.

"I knew it was to be expected," "Jane" testified.

Most often, she told the court she had sex with Paul, who she identified as Combs' trainer, followed by an adult film performer she nicknamed "Chef" because "he had a passion for cooking and on the side he was a private chef."

She could not remember the names of all the men involved in "hotel nights." She remembered an "odd," "Spanish-looking buff man" who pulled out a scent for her to smell during sex and "this African-American man, I think he was an actor or singer."

This part of "Jane's" testimony is subdued. She speaks in a soft voice. Combs is seated at the table with his hands clasped in his lap.

"Jane" testified she witnessed Combs hand money to the escorts, and she testified Combs gave her instructions.

"How to use baby oil on the man and how to touch myself while it was happening," Jane testified. "I remember Sean would say things like, 'Do you want to taste it, or do this, or just let it hang or drip, or just touch yourself.'"

Prosecutor Maurene Comey asked, "How did you respond?" Jane testified, "On command."

"Did Sean ever record you when you were sober?" Comey asked.

"No," "Jane" told the court.

"Did you enjoy having sex with these other men?" Comey asked.

"No," "Jane" testified.

"Did you act like you enjoyed it?" Comey asked.

"Yes," "Jane" testified. "Because I wanted to put on a good show."

The jury then saw photos of "Jane" with various men during "hotel nights." The images were not visible to the rest of the courtroom.

"Was Sean present for all of the images we just saw?" Comey asked. "Yes," she testified.
