DIDDY ON TRIAL: 4th week of testimony ends with disturbing testimony from Comb's ex-girlfriend
Mike Marza and ABC News Legal Contributor Bernarda Villalona recap the second day of testimony from "Jane."

NEW YORK -- Prosecutors allege that Combs, a three-time Grammy winner, used his fame and fortune to create a deviant empire of exploitation, coercing women into abusive sex parties while silencing victims through blackmail and violence, including kidnapping, arson and beatings.

Combs' lawyers argue that all the sexual acts were consensual, and although he could be violent, he never veered into sex trafficking and racketeering.

This story may contain accounts and descriptions of actual or alleged events that some readers may find disturbing.

"Bad Rap: The Case Against Diddy," a new podcast from "20/20" and ABC Audio, traces how the whispers of abuse came to light and led to the downfall of Sean "Diddy" Combs, who was once among the most influential entertainers and entrepreneurs in hip hop. 'Jane' testifies on bringing drugs, male performers to 'hotel nights'

At "various times" during "hotel nights," "Jane" testified she and Sean Combs would run out of drugs.

"Jane" said Combs would call one of his assistants, butlers, security guards or a man named Guido to supply more.

"I just remember we were running out and he called Guido," Jane told the court. "I remember he brought mostly ecstasy, molly and maybe Xanax and coke. It varied."

Twice "Jane" testified she carried drugs for Combs from Los Angeles to Miami.

"He just told me to go to his Beverly Hills residence and pick it up from security," "Jane" testified. She told the court she recalled speaking with Combs' chief of staff, Kristina Khorram, in advance.

"I remember she was saying, like, 'Hey just call and I'll have security come out and give it to you,'" "Jane" testified. "I just asked her if this was safe and ok."

She told the court about Khorram's response, "She said it's fine I do it all the time. Just put it in your check-in luggage."

The package contained ecstasy that she later took during a hotel night in Miami, "Jane" testified.

At some point, "Jane" testified she began scheduling male escorts for "hotel nights" herself.

"I said if we're going to be doing this I should just choose, choose who was going to be doing that to my body," "Jane" told the court. "I felt like I couldn't get away from this dynamic that was happening and I at least had to make it better for myself."

She testified that she selected a particular performer from pornography videos.

"We watched a few of his videos back-to-back and we talked about his size and everything," Jane told the court.

The performer lived in Atlanta, according to her testimony.

"Jane" testified that either she or a woman named Jess, Combs' travel agent, would book the man's travel to Los Angeles, Miami or New York.

She testified Combs would reimburse her for the flights, a key element of the transportation for the purposes of prostitution charge that Combs faces. He has pleaded not guilty.

"Jane" testified it was the first time "to contact an adult star and meet them in person"

Prosecutor Maurene Comey asked, "Did you want to have sex with him?"

Jane told the court, "No." She added, "He felt like the safe option for me."

The performer was paid $4,000 cash for each hotel night, according to testimony.

Another adult film performer, Anton, became part of "Jane" and Combs' "hotel nights."

"Did you want to have sex with him?" Comey asked.

"No," Jane testified, saying she agreed, "to impress my partner."

She testified Combs "watched and he was happy."

Anton joined "hotel nights" a "good amount of times," "Jane" told the court.

"Jane" testified she asked the men over text to send explicit photos or to FaceTime while Combs secretly watched.

"I wanted to receive these images and videos because my partner wanted to see them and I wanted to turn my partner on," Jane testified.

When sober, or alone, Jane testified "it was not something I would like to see."

'Jane' testifies about harrowing 'hotel nights': 'So mad at myself'

"Jane" is sobbing through much of her testimony as she told the court the longest "hotel night" occurred on New Year's Eve 2022. She told the court it "lasted three or three and a half days."

"Did you ever get to sleep during a hotel night?" prosecutor Maurene Comey asked.

"No," "Jane" testified. "I would take ecstasy. I would drink caffeine. I would drink water. I would order myself smoothies or protein shakes."

She told the court the ecstasy helped. "I didn't want it to feel like it was too real," "Jane" testified, beginning to sob. "Make things easier."

Twice, she testified she tried to make it through a hotel night without drugs. "I was just tired of doing that to my body," Jane told the court. "I didn't like it. The fantasy of it wasn't there. It wasn't easy. It was just too real that it was happening."

She testified she ended up asking Combs for a pill, which he allegedly provided.

The second time, in October 2023, "Jane" said she was hoping to help Combs get sober.

"I just cared so much about Sean's health and I could just see he was excessively partying on top of all the pills that he takes. I just wanted him to get clean," Jane testified. "He said, 'Okay I'm going to do 30 days without anything.'" She told the court Combs asked for "one last sobriety party."

Asked how long the party lasted, Jane immediately testified, "Too long."

It took place at L'Ermitage in Beverly Hills and lasted 12 to 18 hours, "Jane" testified. After having sex with two male escorts she threw up, according to her testimony.

"Sean came in and I told him that I had just thrown up and he was like, 'That's good you'll feel better now that you've thrown up so let's go' because the third guy was here," Jane testified. "I was just so mad at myself for doing that. I deeply regretted that."

"Did you have sex with a third entertainer after you threw up?" Comey asked. "Yes," Jane testified.

Court then took a brief recess.

'Jane' reads text from Combs in response to her expressing displeasure with 'hotel nights'

After "hotel nights," "Jane" said she would text Combs, "probably just to say I love him."

Some of the messages were sexually explicit as "Jane" told the court she was playing into his fantasy, "like me saying that I wanted a guy and just to kinda play up on that."

"When you sent these text messages did you want to be having sex with other men?" prosecutor Maurene Comey asked.

"No," "Jane" testified, but continued, "I wanted to turn my lover on."

The jury saw one message from "Jane" in which she wrote she was "horny" for Combs "because that's how I was feeling for him."

Combs responded to the message, "Be explicit," which Jane said she understood to mean "play on the fantasy talk."

She responded, fulfilling Combs' wish, describing desires for sexual interactions with other men and Combs.

Comey asked, "Did you want to do this?"

"Jane" testified, "No."

The jury saw a text message from later in the relationship in which "Jane" tried to communicate her true feelings about "hotel nights."

She testified that she sent it because "I didn't like them and I was realizing this was becoming the dynamic of what we were" and she was, according to her testimony, "getting scared with how often it was starting to become."

Jane read her message: "I wish we could jump this back to when we first started dating...ever since I opened Pandora's box I've never been able to close it...it's hurting me because I'm so much more than being left in the dark in hotel rooms...I don't want to play this role in your life anymore. It's dark, sleazy and it makes me feel disgusted...I don't want to play this role out of fear of losing the roof over my head."

Comey asked her to read Combs' response. "He said, 'Girl stop.'"

'Jane' breaks down during testimony about 'hotel nights': 'Feeling so lonely and sad'

With "Jane" on the witness stand for her first full day of testimony, the court heard an audio recording of a "hotel night" with a male prostitute she previously identified as Don.

On the recording, "Jane" and Don are heard looking for a condom when Combs objected to the condom use.

Prosecutor Maurene Comey asked, "In that moment, that we just heard, why didn't you just insist that Don wear a condom?"

"Jane" answered, "I just didn't want to disappoint my lover."

Otherwise, she said, "he would be unhappy" and "wouldn't be satisfied with me."

After intercourse with the prostitute and Combs, "Jane" testified, "I would just take a shower and get ready for the next one."

A typical hotel night would include three rounds of this kind of sex, according to "Jane's" testimony

"Who decided how many rounds?" Comey asked. "Sean," "Jane" testified.

"Who decided if you could stop when you were tired?" Comey asked.

"Jane" began to sob as she told the court, "Sean."

Her testimony paused while she dabbed her eyes.

"I would give subtle cues that I was tired, and I would say I was hungry or I would lay down or I would just come in and give him little faces," "Jane" testified. "He would say 'You're not getting tired on me. Let's finish strong.'"

When Comey asked, "Why not just say you wanted to stop," "Jane" wailed loudly into the microphone and told the court, through tears, "I don't know."

"Jane" testified Combs gave her ecstasy to keep her awake and having sex, telling the court she would take multiple doses in a single "hotel night."

"Did you ever cry after one of these hotel nights?" Comey asked.

"Yes," "Jane" testified, recalling two instances.

The first time "Jane" told the court she remembered crying occurred when she thought she and Combs were having a one-on-one date night. She testified she remembered Combs telling her "that there would be an entertainer but just for a little bit. I hung onto those words, just a little bit,."

Sobbing, "Jane" testified she had "three rounds with this guy and I just remember Sean standing up to leave. And I was just so high and just feeling so lonely and sad and why would he leave me like that."

Asked how Combs reacted, "Jane" told the jury, "He said, 'Are you crying' and almost looked disgusted with my face."
