Rick Williams honored at Citizens Crime Commission luncheon

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Like every year, the Citizens Crime Commission luncheon is emceed by Rick Williams.

But to his surprise, this year, he was given the Parx Award.

It's presented each year to a person or organization who is committed to making a positive impact in their community.
