Penn State adding regional opponents Delaware and Villanova to future schedules
While Penn State hasn't played an FCS team since 2011, it will host regional FCS opponents Villanova and Delaware in the next decade. Delaware has never played Penn State, while Villanova last faced the Nittany Lions in 1951.
