One person is dead and two others are injured after gunshots rang out in North Philadelphia.

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- One man is dead and two others are injured after gunshots rang out in North Philadelphia.

It happened around 7:30 p.m. Monday near the 1500 block of North 18th Street.

The victim who died has been identified as 47-year-old David Tennant, according to police.

A second victim was listed in critical condition at an area hospital, according to Philadelphia police.

The third victim is in stable condition after being shot in each leg.

"It's scary and makes you nervous, but at the same time, I'm used to this. It's like the third or fourth time it happened," said Ramon Cruz, who owns a store nearby.

Sources tell Action News police are looking for a Nissan sedan in connection with the shooting. The vehicle was reportedly stolen out of New Jersey.

Further details on what led up to the shooting have not been released.

No arrests have been made.
