Man critically hurt after being shot in North Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A 36-year-old man is in critical condition after a shooting in North Philadelphia.

It happened around 11:30 p.m. on Monday, on North 21st street, near West Berks Street.

Police say the victim was hit in the stomach.

They found a cell phone and a baseball cap near the scene.

Surveillance video shows the victim and suspect in a fight before the suspect took off running east on Berks Street.
