PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Scattered showers or a thunderstorm around tomorrow before another dry week ahead.

FRIDAY: Sun to start, but clouds move in later in the day, high 79. Showers develop later in the evening.

SATURDAY: The wettest period of the day will be during the morning through midday. A period of rain and even thunder showers can't be ruled out, high 74. Some clearing is expected by the evening with a break or two of sun.

SUNDAY: Sunshine returns, but so do the gusty winds. Expect wind gusts up to 40mph, high 69.

MONDAY: Mostly sunny and nice, high 75.

TUESDAY: Even milder with bright sunshine, high 83.

WEDNESDAY: Clouds, some sun. An isolated shower or storm possible, high 83.

THURSDAY: A nice and seasonable start to May with partly sunny skies, high 70.
